Hello !

My 3rd cosplay cosplay photoshoot for April ~ Finally I managed to debut my Hatsune Miku [ TYPE 2020 ] costume. This was my cosplay plan since last year May ? Been delaying lots of plans due to my heavy assignments. ( ;_____ ; ) With better time management ~ I hope I will be able to balance my hobby and my studies because I really love them both. ♥

This is my first time planning a cosplay photoshoot ! Most of the time I was too tired after making costumes that I don't have time to search for inspiration and ideas for my photos. It makes so much difference with proper planning beforehand. No more same right angle face , I promise LOL. Overall I'm really happy with this set , my photographer , Kenneth Tee did a good job. ^^

College starting next week ! Fret not , I already have photoshoots planned for next month ~ May will be a fruitful month ! * excited max *

Cosplay | Asuka Langley Soryu | Evangelion

Happy Wednesday !

How's everybody doing ? My college will be starting next week after my long 2 months semester break ~ I'm pretty excited for college but I don't know what to expect yet ... crazy workload waiting for me lol. Anyways , this month is quite productive so far. My target was 4 costumes , but I manage to complete 6 ! Means in the future despite my heavy assignments , I should be able to have time for cosplay . ^^ * happy *

Back to Asuka - I seriously don't think that Asuka will wear something like a maid costume. This photoshoot was interesting because I was struggling whether to be moe or more tsundere.  ( - _____ - || ) Took these photos at a link bridge and also an actual maid cafe !

Overall I'm satisfied with this photoshoot because I have many photos that I like. * SHY * I wanted to have an omu rice and draw something on it ~ thanks to my photographer of the day for bearing with my ideas. He actually ate the rice :p

Planning my 7th Heaven Dragon 2020 photoshoot this weekend ~ there is some concept on my mind and I hope that it turns out well ! * v *

Hello !

My latest cosplay , Asuka Langley Soryu from Evangelion ! Fell in love with this version of Asuka when I first saw it because it's really cute. Asuka in my point of view is somehow very strong and proud . I'm not sure whether I should portray her as "moe " like the figurine or a more " tsundere " way. Anyways , I took two approach ~ can't wait to see all the photos soon !

This was for Animagaki 2012 @ Sunway Pyramid ! Probably my last cosplay before I went for a long break. Again , this is quite a memorable cosplay for me. If you watched Madoka Magica before , you will know that all the characters are cute little girls and I'm obviously too grown up for it LOL. However , this is one of my fav anime series last year and I love Kyoko very much , so why not ? ❤

I had a full team for Animagaki last year and it was pretty fun and tiring because I woke up pretty early for a photoshoot before the event itself ! The costume is made by me and the weapon is made with guidance from my uncle. My first prop mad ever. Still prefer making costumes over props . XD

Physically I might not be suitable for this character at all , but I'm glad that I had the courage to cosplay her because I really adore this series. And also to my wonderful girls who completed my Madoka group ! Much love ! ❤

Costume | Evangelion | Asuka Maid

I'm back with a costume update ! It's from Evangelion , Asuka Langley Soryu in maid uniform ~ Been wanting to make this costume for quite some time already. Finally I got my lazy ass up and work on it for 3 days straight. Haven't been making costumes for awhile now ( as long as I took a break from cosplay ) , all I can say that I re-kindled my love for costume making again ! ♥

This version of Asuka is based on a PVC figurine. I find it quite cute compared to other costumes. They have another figurine for Rei too ! Gosh I hope that Mari have more costumes. * cough cough *

Back to the costume , I used Matte Satin for the entire costume. Matte Satin is still my fav fabric as it's kinda versatile and cheap too. The chest part wasn't very accurate because I was supposed to gather it for a better fit.

The maid headband. And lace from the neck piece is leftover from my Sheryl Nurse costume LOL.

The puffy sleeves too me the longest time to sew because there's many steps to it and the easiest part would be the skirt ! ♥

The back is kinda plain , just a normal bow. I think I would like to add more lace to bling it up.

My fav part of the costume would be the lace on the skirt as well as the apron ! * shy * I made the apron with love. * :p I adore laces with flower motifs , and these roses are just too lovely. ♥

Working on my Kuro Usagi ( Mondaiji ) costume next !

Hello guys !

Finally a cosplay from me after almost 7 months of break. * smiles * My last cosplay was Kyoko Sakura from Puella Magi Madoka Magica @ Animagaki 2012. Many friends were asking me " why am I not cosplaying anymore " , perhaps I shall blog about it in another blog post. But for now , I'm back ! Woots !

Truth is I have been keeping this costume since March 2012. Initially made it for Cosfest ( June 2012 ) but my college schedule was really packed and most of my girls couldn't make it as well. * sigh * Anyways , after sitting in my closet for almost a year , this costume finally get to go out and have fun ! LOL

Since it's my first photoshoot in months , I was kinda nervous and shy . #truestory. Plus , my feet were aching too because I haven't been wearing high heels for a long time. * laughs * Pretty happy with the photos outcome even though I'm lacking in many ways. Thanks to all the photographers for being patient with me ! * bows * hehe. ❤

Currently working on three costumes for April ~ can't wait for more photoshoot and events in Malaysia ! * works harder *
